My name is Chef Laurent Vals, I am a professional with 30 years of international experience.
I graduated  from Ecole Hoteliere in Perpignan - France as a chef and a pastry chef.
I worked in Europe and several states in the US, owned a confection  business, consult for restaurant owners , qualified in The Chocolatier of the year competition in Atlanta 2014 and I am the winner of the Dessert Cup 2014 in the national championship.
Teaching is a passion of mine , I have a lot of experiences and stories to tell and I love to see young students learning and revealing themselves .
