Welcome to AP World History!
I graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University in 2003 with a bachelor's degree in history and geography. I then received my teaching credentials from Sam Houston Sate University. When I'm not busy teaching I love to spend time with my husband and three kids, enjoy the outdoors, read historical novels, and travel to new countries.
This is my fourteenth year at THS and my eighth year to teach AP World History. I'm looking forward to a promising and challenging year! AP World History serves the purpose of enhancing college readiness skills as well as earning college credit. My favorite thing about teaching is helping students grow and seeing their pride when they achieve something they thought was a challenge.
