Jennifer Foley, Assistant Principal
Ms. Foley is currently beginning her 15th year in education and her 5th year as an Assistant Principal. She served 2 years as an Assistant Principal in Cy Fair ISD before returning to Tomball ISD, where she was an Assistant Principal at Willow Wood JH and then transitioned to open up Grand Lakes JH as an Assistant Principal. Prior to being an administrator, she taught middle school English and coached in Tomball and Clear Creek ISDs. She received a Bachelor’s Degree from UTEP, a Master’s in Education from Le Moyne College, and completed her Principal certification program through Lamar University. Ms. Foley and her husband Mitch have four daughters. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her family and doing anything outdoors. She is excited to serve the students, parents, and community of Tomball HS- the Pride of Texas!
Carl Moise, Assistant Principal
Mr. Moise has 17 years of experience in education. He graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelor’s in Education with a concentration in Math & Social Science. He later received his Master’s of Education in Leadership & Technology and his Master’s of Science in Information Systems Technology with a concentration in Information Security. He is currently pursuing his Doctor of Education. Prior to Tomball High School, Mr. Moise served as an administrator for 7 years in California and as a math teacher, department chair, and coach for 10 years. He and his family are new to Texas. Mr. Moise has an 8 year old daughter and an 18 year old son attending college in California at Cal State Northridge. He is excited to join such a talented and caring staff and looks forward to being part of the Tomball community.
